Welcome to the blimpew platform (a U.S.-based niche department store business). These Terms of Service clarify the rights and obligations between you and blimpew. In compliance with relevant e-commerce regulations in China and the United States, by accessing the platform or placing an order, you are deemed to agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Service
The platform provides online display, ordering, shipping, and after-sales consultation services for niche department store products.
You must provide truthful information and cooperate to complete order and logistics-related matters.
2. Orders
Orders become effective after payment, and both parties shall fulfill their obligations as agreed.
Orders can be edited or changed via customer service within 12 hours of placement. Changes are not supported after 12 hours.
For in-stock orders, shipment usually occurs within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and actual delivery is 12-14 days. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
3. Pricing and Taxes
Product prices include applicable U.S. domestic taxes. The payment amount displayed is the final amount (excluding customs duties).
Customs duties are determined according to the policies of your delivery location and are your responsibility. It is recommended to check local customs regulations before placing an order.
4. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

Process orders and shipments as agreed, provide qualified products and customer service.
Ensure platform and user information security. The platform has the right to refuse malicious orders and terminate service for users violating the rules.
(b) Users
Have the right to request the platform to provide services as agreed and to raise objections regarding service quality.
Provide truthful information, make timely payments, and refrain from illegal activities such as fake orders or malicious refunds. Users will bear corresponding responsibilities for violations.
5. Disclaimer
The platform is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, logistics delays, network failures, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Losses caused by improper operation or incorrect information provided by the user are the responsibility of the user.
Delays or additional costs due to customs inspection or changes in customs duties are the responsibility of the user.
6. Updates and Dispute Resolution
Updates to these terms will be published on the platform. Core changes will be notified to users. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or litigation.

Matters not covered herein shall comply with relevant laws and regulations in China and the United States.
